GENERAL INFORMATION
Rates are based on per room per night (double occupancy) and subject to 10% Service charge and 7% Value Added Tax.
For an extra person, 2,000 THB net per room per night will be charged. This Extra charge includes a roll away bed and breakfast.
Weekend supplement rates and/or festive season surcharge per room per night may apply.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Please note that all charges will be made in THB. Alternate currency displays are on estimation basis only and may not reflect the actual amount charges to your credit card / debit card account.
All room reservations must be guaranteed with credit card number that is valid throughout the entire stay.
The cancellation policy is based on what rate plan you have booked. The details of our cancellation policy on each rate plan can be found in our website when you make the booking or in the confirmation letter we send to you.
Full charge applied based on all night stay in case of non-arrival, shortened stay or early departure.
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults. Please note that the third person will be charged at 2000 THB net per night rate that includes breakfast and a roll-away bed.

Animals or pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Complimentary breakfast is included in room rate.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability.
It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-out not over 6 hours, a half day’s charge will apply, and if over 6 hours an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.
All rooms are placed with one KING Size bed.
All rooms are non-smoking. We have provided a smoking area near the car park area.
All rooms are equipped with safety deposit boxes, free of charge.
Only one extra bed will be allowed in each room.
Wi -Fi is complimentary for all hotel guests.
TRAVEL WITH CHILDREN
No, we do not have babysitting service.
Baby cots are complimentary and available upon request. Please inform us in advance for us to prepare them for you. The cots are suitable for a child from age 1 – 3 years old only.
Yes, we have high chairs in the restaurant.
A Child is considered to be under age of 12 years old.
0 – 3 years old
- Can stay free of charge when using existing beds. A baby cot for one child is free of charge and available upon request.
- In case an Extra bed is required, then extra charge of THB 1000 net per night (including breakfast) will apply.
4 – 11 years old
- Can stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Guests are compulsory to child’s breakfast at THB 250 net per meal. - In case an Extra bed is required, then extra charge of THB 1000 net per night (including breakfast) will apply.
12 – 18 years old
- Guests require to pay for an Extra bed at the cost of THB 2000 per person per night. This rate includes complimentary breakfast.
All Adults
- Guests require to pay for an Extra bed at the cost of THB 2000 per person per night. This rate includes complimentary breakfast.
The maximum number of children’s cots / cribs per room is 1.
The maximum number of extra beds per room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The maximum number of children allowed in existing beds is dependent on the room you choose. Please check your selected room for the maximum capacity.
